Hello, I am Frieder, a 32-year-old Tinnitus coaching expert from Berlin, Germany. Living with hearing impairment in one ear and tinnitus.  I have always been passionate about finding ways to help others manage their condition and live a better life.

In 2019, just one day before my 29th birthday, I founded my Tinnitus coaching business with a mission to assist people all over the world in coping with their tinnitus. Over the past three years, I have helped nearly 100 clients, created a few online courses, and established a community of individuals who share the same struggle.

The journey of building my online coaching business has not been easy, but it has been incredibly rewarding. I have spent countless sleepless nights developing strategies, creating content, and fine-tuning my approach to help my clients get the most out of my services. These experiences have taught me valuable lessons about resilience, hard work, and the importance of self-care.

Today, I am proud to announce the release of my latest podcast episode, in which I reflect on the past three years of building my online coaching business. In this episode, I share my successes, failures, and the lessons I’ve learned along the way.
