I explain how CBT holds the assumption that generally nothing is wrong with you but that you have adopted some unhelpful reactions in response to your tinnitus.
You might say, but how does that help me?
Well in lessening your reaction, you also change the way your brain is atuned to the stimulus, allowing you to slowly embark on your journey to habituation
